GEA Insights - general trends in the beverage industry

January 24, 2018

Paddy Kenna, Head of Application Beverage at GEA, talks about the general trends in the beverage industry. He explains that the current trends across the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage range are similar. They include a growing demand for more product variety and quick change of products to adapt to changes in the market. Another important factor is keeping the total cost of ownership (TCO) as low as possible for the customer. By incorporating modern technology like Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things in its process know-how, GEA can help deliver more product flexibility and lower customer costs.
