Using the example of our competence center in Oelde, you can follow in detail all the necessary steps for a high-quality and efficient repair of a GEA separator – from the separate goods receipt and logistics through assessment and repair process to the final quality check and documentation. To maintain our high quality standards, the entire process is monitored by a product safety officer.
GEA repair service is never far away: Our international network of authorized repair workshops at 17 locations employs around 200 people who carry out over 3000 repairs per year. In order to avoid production downtimes, we also keep a large number of rental and exchange bowls in stock for your separators. True to our claim: 24/7 responsiveness, 100 % efficiency.
