BARILLA's plant in Mexico is dedicated to the production and packaging of long-cut and short-cut dry pasta. GEA supplied on turn-key basis the production and packaging lines and thanks to the TAS technology apllied to the GEA dryers, the pasta produced is more firm and with improved cooking performance.
