Gleich zu Beginn der Planung setzte er sich daher mit dem Vertrieb GEA Deutschland und dem ortsansässigen GEA Fachzentrum zusammen.</p> <p>Gemeinsames Ziel war eine Lösung, die sowohl das Tierwohl steigert, die Effizienz verbessert und hochwertige Milchqualität im ressourcenschonenden Betrieb liefern kann, um langfristig nachhaltig zu wirtschaften. Dass für das Projekt zeitsparende innovative Bauverfahren zum Einsatz kamen, um die intelligente Melkrobotertechnik von GEA in Rekordzeit als aktuell größte automatische GEA Melkanlage in Europa in Betrieb zu nehmen, gehört sowohl zu den spannendsten als auch vorbildlichen Aspekten des Projekts.<br /> <br /> <br /> Den Einsatz von Wasser und Energie minimieren, umweltgerecht wirtschaften</p> <p>Wer heute eine Großanlage für bis zu 800 Tiere plant, muss nicht nur Betriebskosten kalkulieren, sondern auch Umweltaspekte einbeziehen. Koen Veldkamp entschied sich deshalb für den GEA DairyRobot R9500. An die sechs installierten Versorgungseinheiten sind jeweils drei Melkboxen angeschlossen, aktuell sind 16 Boxen im Betrieb, weitere können also bei Bedarf problemlos hinzugefügt werden. Das bedeutet weniger Technik, weniger Wasser- und Energieverbrauch, weniger Wartungsvorgänge und letztlich auch ein geringeres Investitionsvolumen als bei anderen Boxensystemen.
