Semolificio Loiudice si affida nuovamente alla tecnologia di GEA Milling

Il Semolificio Loiudice, fondato da Massimo Loiudice ad Altamura, Italia, nel 1939, è ora gestito dalla quarta generazione della famiglia, le figlie Clelia e Maria, e suo nipote Antonio. I quali sono consapevoli dell'importanza delle ultime tecnologie per la lavorazione del miglior grano duro per la produzione di pasta fresca e secca. Quest'anno, Loiudice ha rinnovato una delle due sezioni di macinazione e ha installato nuove macchine GEA aumentando la capacità dell'impianto a 750 tonnellate al giorno.
