Single use separator kytero® tested on CHO cell culture by CDMO ProBioGen, Berlin
The GEA kytero® 500 single use pharma cell separator is an innovative single use disk stack separator for the Upstream Processing Clarification step. The device has been intensively tested in a cell harvest setup subsequently of a 200L CHO cell fed-batch process. The GEA kytero® 500 showed a high separation efficiency and capacity as well as an easy plug & produce operation.
