Soft Wheat Milling Plant - Molino Cerere (Italy)

Molino Cerere, owned by the Rossetto family, is a leader on the biscuits and wafer production. The firm confirmed its choice for the GEA Group, upgrading and renewing their plant in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza, Northern Italy). The milling plant covers all the crucial phases of processing dry and wet wheat, from the cleaning phase to storage of the final product. With its new Soft Wheat Milling Plant, Molino Cerere has improved its production capacity of soft wheat from 70 to 200 ton/day.
This milling plant represent the state-of-the-art technologies made by GEA: the new milling rolls installed on the Synthesis could reduce energy consumption and flour’s temperatures, which in return can decrease mechanical wear and improve the quality of the final product.
