Hello, my Name is Oliver Hader, Product Sales Manager for Hygienic Pumps. And today I want to introduce you a bit in our pharmaceutical portfolio. First we start with PD pumps: Both the NOVATWIN+ and the NOVALOBE are drainable in the vertical installation and they are both available in stainless steel with ferrite content lower than 1% for WFI, for example, or something like this. From our centrifugal pumps for self-priming, we offer the SIPLA-HT, which is compared to the standard SIPLA machined from the solid block and has no casted material inside. Also ferrite content limitation of 1% is possible and adding a drain valve for full drainability is also possible. Then we have the CONTRA in multi-stage, this is in vertical installation fully drainable, offers machined parts also 0.4 micron surface roughness and ferrite content lower than 1% is an option. On top we have here this flow breaker installed because on hot liquid you have some air bubbles inside the liquid and by turning or spinning the liquid in the pump housing, you create a dry run on the mechanical seal even the pump is fully filled with water. And we have the HYGIA single-stage pump in two options, once with a drain connection or a drain valve, and also possible in the vertical installation fully drainable. This gives you the possibility to skip one drain valve in your installation. For the HYGIA and the CONTRA, we offer a mechanical seal, which has some benefits. So we have some cutouts in the surface, this lowers the surface in total and ensures a lubrication by WFI, compared to a standard sealing. As add on, we also have the centrifugal pumps in an Adapta version. So we have a coupling in between the motor and the pump hydraulic which gives you the possibility to switch the motor without touching the complete installation or revalidation there. If you have more questions or need some more detailed information, feel free to contact us.
