My name is Oliver Harder.
I'm Product Sales Manager and with
me is Melanie Streb,
head of QHSE. In industries where hygiene

We ensure quality in each pump we produce.
How do we do that, Melanie?
Our business line Hygienic Pumps operates
under certified processes according to,
for example
ISO 9001 or 45001 and we comply with international
standards such as FDA or 3-A, if
required.
Our production combines long standing expertise
with state of the art measuring
technology to meet the highest hygienic standards.
We document weld seam, perform surface and
delta-ferrite measurements
and offer additional procedures such as
electro polishing or dye-penetrant testing upon
customer request.
Melanie, what does QHSE stand for?
Quality, health, safety and environment
are at the core
of everything we do.
With clearly defined process maps, complete
batch traceability
and measurement reports
we ensure the highest product and process quality to
meet also the strict hygienic standards.
Melanie, which pumps are tested on the
test bench?
Every pump is 100% tested at our test bench,
including pressure, leak and sound level measurements
on demand before leaving our facility
to ensure reliability and performance.
Each pump comes with a unique QR code
providing direct access to its
digital product passport, technical data and
operating manual - transparent and always available.
