Manuel Fröschle introduces the environmental friendly transcritical CO2 compressor at the Chillventa 2018

GEA has been engaged in the development of compressors for transcritical CO2 systems for 25 years. The environmental friendly compressor series is distinguished by high reliability, excellent operating performance, wide frequency band for minimum part-load needs and previously unachievable efficiency standards in the market. The compressors are used in transcritical and subcritical applications for supermarkets, industrial refrigeration and heat pumps.
