And today I want to introduce to you
the new GEA Hilge Service Toolkit.
It’s now rollable, stable, stackable,
dustproof and splash proof
and includes all the service tools
you need for your service job
with the GEA Hilge Hygienic Pumps.
In our first part of the GEA
Hilge Service Toolkit,
you can find different tools.
For example, HYGIA K alignment
tool for the shaft,
safety socket
for impeller nuts with high surface
finish,
Bucking screw for TPS.
and socket wrench
for blocking the impeller on the TP
different grease
for screw connections and elastomers.
Picking tools to disassemble,
for example stationary
part of the mechanical seal.
And plastic assembly sleeves
for assembly the mechanical seal.
Also a spray bottle
for cleaning or alcohol.
In the lower part of our GEA
Hilge service toolkit, you can find
the assembly pipes for
plastic assembly sleaves
for machinal seal assembly,
the sleeves for the open
spring machinal seal assembly,
the impeller holder
to block the impeller
while opening or closing the impeller nut,
the alignment tool for TP or TPS range
and the support plates
for our CONTRA pumps.

which will protect your knees while
operating on our GEA Hilge hygienic pumps.
Also, there is enough space
for an operation manual
