Taking on the Chunky Challenge: Aseptic Beverage Processing Options that Work

Beverages containing pulp, fiber, cereal, fruit chunks and other soft solids up to 10 mm in diameter are gaining popularity in North America. Processing and filling these chunky products often requires unique solutions. During this presentation we’ll review specialized mixing, pasteurization, sterilization and filling systems that provide this capability. Emphasis will be placed on aseptic piston dosing solutions where valuable solids are delivered to the beverage container prior to the liquid.
