On May 20 and 21, GEA welcomed customers and NVDO members to its Service Event in Deventer, bringing together maintenance professionals, industry experts, and technology partners to discuss the future of maintenance. The event focused on the changing role of technicians, the growing importance of data-driven decision-making, and the balance between traditional craftsmanship and digital skills.


Through keynote presentations, interactive discussions, and live demonstrations, participants explored how technologies such as AI, predictive maintenance, drones, digital inspections, and remote monitoring can help improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
