for GEA in the division of PFA.
And today
I'm here to introduce you to our different service
agreements.
We have starter packages
as a ground foundation for every agreement.
And this is a digital foundation
for all following contracts.
And the contract that I want to talk about
today is our care packages.
It’s three different layers: We have spare parts.
We have different layers of services
that we offer you in the care packages.
And what is really nice about it
and striking is that we co-create
the contracts with our customers, at least with you.
So we go or enter an app and we co-created together
according to your machines’ needs,
according to your budget,
according to different different data
such as machine age,
utilization, the product, application
and even different different layers
that we,
I would like to talk about with you,
if you invite me to your premises
or anyone from my colleagues.
